This is the title for my new altered book. I 've really been enjoying making altered books.I started my first altered book , a halloween book back in the fall , but never finished it.For Christmas I made my 2 daughters a altered style scrapbook.Using altered style techniques I created them a wonderful scrapbook with photos from their childhood at christmas.They loved their books.
My current book will be all about mermaid legends. I'm posting a photo of the cover , although it is still a work in progress.I'm hoping to create a fun , cute , whimsical style book.It has a 3-d effect , real sand , shells and other items.I'll be posting more about this book as it comes together.
I'm planning to make a altered book for the SPRING FLING giveaway . Will post more about the giveaway tonight or tommorrow.

Pick me! Pick me! Oh...uh...sorry. It hasn't started yet! HeeeHeee But I do love your mermaid book. Hope you'll post some of the interior pages as you go thru it. I have never done an altered book.
