Yesterday , I gathered some red clover . I 'm going to dry these buds for making red clover tea.

Red Clover Rice
2 cups rice ~ brown or wild
2 cups red clover ~ Just the pink flower , separated into petals
1/2 cup of butter
1 tsp sea salt
Cook rice in 6 cups of water until done. Add butter , red clover petals and salt while rice is hot ~ Ready to serve.
