More Snow and Getting ready for a Valentine's Party

Curious J came over yesterday evening while his Mom went to a meeting , he brought his Valentine cards and we got them ready to give out today at his school party. It was so much fun helping him get ready for his Valentine's Party , I remember how exciting it was , giving and receiving those little cards. Today I plan to make pop-up cards for the Grands and my family. Flassie over at Flassie's Fil 'a has a link to a cute pop-up heart card , you can check it out here ~ http://wwwflassiesfila.blogspot.com/2010/02/v-card.html ~.

The weatherman is forecasting snow tonight , we may get 3 or 4 inches again. Hopefully it will not be a major storm , just a nice beautiful snowfall. Have a great weekend everyone !!

  2. Hi Peggy ~ So happy you dropped by , we don't usually receive much snow here in the heart of N.C. , so I'm looking forward to it too.

  4. Oh, those cards look really cute!
What fun to have all these fun
    memories with your grandkids.

    I remember really enjoyng V-Day
in grade school too. Making the boxes was
a real fun activity besides giving cards out.

That pop-up card is so simple to make. I made another one.

I was looking at his site and there are some links to books on how to make pop-up. I think it is pretty fun to make.

Hope it's not a major storm either.

    Have a Happy Valentine's Day!!

    Thanks for linking!!
