~ 1000 Eggs / Praying Mantis Giveaway / Zucchini Brownies ~

This past Saturday our egg count hit 1000 for 2010, that's if I counted them all. I may have missed adding a day or two , but I know it's close.

    I'll have to try the brownies
    recipe out. Looks easy to
    follow.

    So far today I've made a
    homeade stock, a cream of
    celery soup and homeade
    noodles. Did a little
    forging for blackberries.
    Going to try your idea out.

    Then the rest of the day
    I will work up in my room,
    in hopes I do not get side-
    tracked that is. lol!

    I hope the brownies turn out well. Thanks for the shout out. I am amazed at all those eggs. My girls don't give me a whole lot, but they are not too young anymore.

  5. WOW, the girls have been busy laying eggs so far this year. Can't wait for mine to start laying, which should be in about a month. I love brownies (one of my favorite treats) and these sound delicious. Must try.

I didn't have time to leave a comment , but I'll be back today. We were getting 7 and 8 eggs in the Spring , but since it's been so hot , we avg. around 5 or 6 a day.

    Today I am gong to make more
    noodles. So easy to make your
    own and fun.

    I ended up making pizza dough
    instead.
