We planted the garlic back in Oct. 2010 , by Mar it had sprouted and was around 6 inches tall.
We harvested the garlic the end of May .........
It's been curing for 2 weeks now , a few more weeks and it'll be ready clean , braid and hopefully sell some at our local " Grower's Market.
If we do well with sales at the " Grower's Market " , we plan to expand our garlic production this year.

in my book. lol!
God Bless You and Yours!!!
It looks great! I just can't get organized enough to plant in the fall, and this spring I couldn't get organized enough either, so I don't have garlic this year. Good luck at the market!

My, my, you had a good crop. I have 30 still in the ground. Won't be ready for at least another month to come out and get dried. Isn't garlic so delicious in anything you put it in and when it's cooking in something the house smells so good. Good luck at the market.
