We've had a very mild winter , so no snow as of yet. But this would be a fun activity for a snowy day or just a blustery winter day. I plan to make one soon to feed my feathered friends.

Oh my goodness, what a neat idea. Thanks for the link. I too will make one in the coming weeks. No snow here yet also. We only got snow twice so far this season - first was a blizard and the second a light dusting Christmas Eve which was perfect. Happy 2012 !!!
ReplyDeleteI went to Backyard Farming and checked out the birdhouse. It's a wonderful idea. I probably won't make one because the squirrels would destroy it before the birds could finish it off, but I'll be watching for yours. But.....well,..maybe. I do feed the doves millet every day. Happy New Year Joyce.
