Last Monday I visited Peggy's blog and read that Marci had started " Count Your Blessings Monday " and I thought this was a wonderful idea. So this Monday I count my blessings.
My biggest Blessing is my family. I am blessed with a wonderful husband , two beautiful daughters , my grandson Jake and two more grandchildren on the way.
My Mom , sister , brother and my husband's family.
I'm blessed with the rain we received last week , my garden is growing.
It's a blessing to be able to preserve our garden goods and share it with friends and family.
Another blessing in my life is altered art. This is my latest creation and she was perfect for this post.Click on pic to enlarge.

Your art piece is lovely. I like the idea of the "Count your blessings Monday".
This is something many of us forget to pay attention to. So often we lament certain things and lose sight of who and what we should be grateful for. I am blessed to have the most amazing husband and very loving friends AND the ability to create art.
