I've been busy this week getting some of the cold weather crops planted. It felt great to get outside and dig in the dirt ...............
I planted broccoli , cabbage and cauliflower plants and sowed carrot , lettuce , radish and spinach seeds.
I sowed a mixed leaf lettuce in this small bed ......
and a kale , mustard and turnip green mix in the large bed. I'm looking forward to all the fresh greens we'll be harvesting soon.
What have you been up to this week ?

I'm still in waiting for spring mode here. Won't be in the garden for quite a while yet. I'll have to enjoy gardening through blogs for a while. Of course, I need to start some seeds for when I can get out there.

I have been needing to get out and clear out the area where I usually plant my peppers. My daylilies are up and about 4" tall. I can't believe how quick Spring is coming this year!
