* Meet Ms. Camellia *

Snow started falling yesterday around lunch , the flakes were huge. It snowed for awhile but it didn't stick , then it quit. Last night it started snowing again , we lost power around 1 am , it came back on this morning about 6:30 am , we were very fortunate. There was an accumulation of about 6 inches or more , the weatherman was forecasting 1 to 2 inches , so we were a little surprised when we awoke. It was warm today , so it's melting fast.

Little Missy and I built this snow lady today , we named her " Ms. Camellia " after her favorite flower. Ms. Camellia is ready for Spring , she's ready to dig in the dirt. We had a ball making her , but Little Missy was give out when we finished ( see that face ).

Okay , Old Man Winter ~ We've had our fun in the snow , time to let Spring arrive. Are you listening ? (LOL)

Here is a little ditty I just made up for cute little Missy. You can make up your own tune to sing it.

Ms. Camellia Snow, Came in a flurry, She got all dolled up, For spring in a hurry, One day she is here, the next you don't see her anywhere..., For she went on her way, Melting into a bright..., Sunny spring..., Day....!!

Glad the electric came back on.

Nice that you were able to play
in the snow together.

God Bless You and Yours!!!

Well, hopefully Ms. Camellia will chase Ol' Man Winter away for good!

She and her creator are cutie pies!

Miss Camellia is quite lovely! I bet the two of you had so much fun bringing her to life!
But I agree, it's time for Ol' Man Winter to go hide in his room!
