Just Finished a Bowl of ..............................

vegetable beef soup leftover from Saturday. The garden veggies I preserved this past summer , plus a few potatoes from the cellar sure made a delicious soup. What have you been cooking up lately ?

Frozen pizza. It's been busy. I'm looking forward to ten days off work to kick back, relax, and enjoy the home in winter. Blessings.

I've been doing the holiday baking - today it is sunshine shaped gingerbread cookies for the Solstice and gingergread pigs for Christmas. I have several other doughs mixed up and might bake them later too.

Your soup sounds fabulous - isn't it wonderful to eat the bounty from your garden?

Mostly baking lately, for Christmas. I made a traditional meat pie (wild rabbit and organic chicken meat). I love root vegetables, especially in soups.

Hi Teresa ~ Frozen pizza isn't so bad if you jazz it up some. I like to add more veggies , some of my pickled peppers and more cheese of course.

Hi JoAnn ~ Those cookies sound wonderful. I bet the gingerbread pigs are cute.

Hi Lib ~ It's probably comfort food to keep you warm since you've been having so much cold weather , snow and freezing rain.

Hi Vickie ~ Your traditional pie sounds delish. I like wild rabbit meat.
